Start Your Morning Happy!


If you’ve ever woken up on the wrong side of the bed, it can ruin your entire day!


Here’s a few tips to help you start your morning happy:


Be Mindful...

Take at least 10 minutes to do something “mindful.” This can be meditating, having quiet time, yoga, or journaling. These few minutes are crucial for staying calm during any stressful and busy day!


Prepare...

Set your clothes out the night before, meal prep, or make a list. This is an easy way to reduce stress and get a head start for whatever else comes your way!


Good Food and Coffee...

Eat a breakfast that leaves you full and fuel up with coffee. This will leave you with more energy to get through your day (and don’t forget to drink water).


Something to Look Forward To...

Try and have something to look forward to, at least once a week. It might be a hike after work, a weekend trip, or a phone call with a friend. When you have something that gets you excited, it makes the morning a bit easier!


I’ve tried each one of these tips and they have changed my morning routine and attitude; I would love to hear what works for you!
